AI Accuracy & Warranties

You acknowledge that Seeenly provides diagnostic scores and recovery plans generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can occasionally misinterpret data or provide incomplete recommendations. All services and results are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranty. Seeenly is not responsible for any changes in your business's search rankings, AI visibility, or financial metrics following the implementation of our "Fix Plans."
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Seeenly be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (or, if we choose, to providing you the Service again) during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
