Data Retention
We retain diagnostic scan data for anonymous users for a period of 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted unless claimed by a registered account. For registered users, we retain account information and scan history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Sub-processors
To provide our AI diagnostic services, we share limited data with trusted third-party sub-processors, including cloud hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) and AI model providers (Google Gemini). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Global Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have additional data protection rights under regulations like GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California). We honor requests for data portability, the right to be forgotten, and non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
